If you purchase small items, then we drop your items off a Navis Pack & Ship where you will be responsible for their packaging and shipping fees. American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company will not furnish equipment to load items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. If you cannot pick up your purchases by this date and time frame, you will be charged an additional $100.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a different date. Understand that you are 100% responsible for picking up your items. If you fail to pick up your items, you are still responsible for your full invoice plus storage and/or removal fees. BIDDING & BUYERS PREMIUM: You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to help defray the cost of making these items available for you to bid from your own home and on your time frame. CHOICE OF LAW & VENUE: In event of a disagreement of any type over this auction, buyer and seller both agree that this will be arbitrated in Livonia,Michigan. The prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable costs and necessary disbursements and attorney's fee incurred with enforcing this agreement. If we have habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from future auctions. TERMS: The credit card that you register with will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. If you would prefer to pay in cash, then please specifiy that request in the comments section when you register. A 15% Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases. Example: If you are the successful bidder on an item at $100.00 your final contract price on that item will be a total of $115.00. Plus 6% Michigan SalesTax where appropriate. This particular auction is an estate and no sales tax will be charged. Understand that you are fully responsible for payment regardless of whether you decide to pick up your items or not.
